This a fantastic opportunity to join and awesome company and supportive team In collaboration with the Director of Funeral and Memorial Products, the administrative specialist oversees and implements administrative processes related to orders, purchases, inventory and distribution.

He/she establishes the priorities and coordinates between the various partners._

A typical day in the life as an administrative specialist:

  • Process orders and follow up on orders entered
  • See to the execution and followup of returns
  • Purchase products from designated suppliers
  • Ensure that the material received from suppliers conciliate with bills/invoices
  • Enter, review and adjust inventory
  • See to the border transit of imported goods
  • Ensure the quality of information in the system
  • Inventory control, report analysis

What are we looking for?:


  • College degree in business administration with 2 years of experience in inventory management, sales and purchase or university graduate in business administration with no prior experience.
  • Bilingual English / French mandatory
  • Autonomous, disciplined and responsible
  • Clientoriented
  • Collaborative
  • Good computer skills
