We are a privately owned Canadian Property Management Company, that has played a major role in the development and management of prime apartment, commercial and industrial properties, and some of the finest residential communities and business parks in the Greater Toronto Area.

A full-time position is available immediately for the position of


Receptionist and Office Support

Location:
Toronto, ON


Responsibilities:


  • Distribute the mail and arrange courier pickup
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the other departments
  • Review and update lists and binders
  • Organize incoming and outgoing cheques
  • Assist with any other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience:


  • High School Diploma plus post secondary certificate in Office Administration would be considered an asset
years of prior reception experience

  • Experience working on Avaya phone system is a definite asset
  • Proficiency in

Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to handle a variety of callers with various demeanors
  • Good keyboarding skills and an attention to detail

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
