SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Technician is to receive and deep clean equipment with the use of PPEs in an on-site 'dirty room'; collect data, and clean and sanitize respirators and any other equipment as deemed necessary by the Warehouse Manager.
JOB DUTIES:
- Tool inspection
- DOP in house cleaning
- Operating machinery
- Respirator cleaning and disinfection
- Meeting targets for next day respirator needs
- Identifying what needs servicing in the 'service tool' area
- Maintaining negative air operations in 'dirty room' area
- Wearing suitable personal protective equipment while working with hazardous materials
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Supporting warehouse team where needed
- Duties necessary as directed by the Warehouse Manager
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's license
- Good drivers abstract
- Selfmotivated
- Ability to work well in groups and independently
- Capable or working in a fastpaced environment
- Data collection
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable
- Mechanically inclined
