Job summary
We are seeking a Intermediate/Senior Civil-Structural Designer to support the activities of our new design team specializing in Nuclear and is seeking top performing contributors to sustain its growth over the coming years.Kiewit is expanding its design team and we need someone with expertise in structural steel and concrete design and detailing. The ideal candidate will work closely with Engineers and Designers to provide various services for the development of Kiewit Nuclear projects.
The successful candidate will have experience working on multi-discipline project teams delivering structural steel and concrete design projects using AutoCAD software. They must be able to communicate effectively both verbally & written as well as possess excellent organizational skills.,
Responsibilities
- Work within multi-discipline project teams delivering structural steel. ,
- Develop deliverables from concept studies through detailed designs including 3D models drawings site layouts profiles sections civil/structural details utilizing knowledge of ,
- Precisely prepare drawings ensuring compliance with Client drafting standards. ,
- Closely coordinate tasks among other disciplines building high-quality deliverables using Autodesk software such as AutoCad Civil3d etc.
