We are looking for a seasoned administrative assistant with outstanding communication skills.

We need a team member who is willing to go above and beyond to delight patients with best in class service.

The ability to multi-task, problem solve and think critically is imperative.

  • Has a cheerful disposition, is outgoing, self motivated and able to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, genuine care and compassion and a desire to help
  • Is organized, detail oriented, self motivated and eager to learn with strong problem solving skills
  • Is comfortable and proficient on the computer
  • Is professional, well presented, reliable and mature

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
  • Verify patient insurance coverage, including collecting and submitting claims
  • Maintain electronic medical records and update patient information as needed
  • Light housekeeping chores
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients
  • Assisting in the patient experience by preforming preexam diagnostic testing

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience with front desk duties, including patient checkin and scheduling
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients in a professional manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
