MISSION

Our Quality Manager is responsible for implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to company standards and to prepare the Quality Policy for the sites.

Develops and/or maintains group continuous improvement system.
Defines responsibilities and missions which have an impact on Quality.
Defines 3 years plan for Quality and continuous improvement.
Involved in the deployment of quality certifications (ISO 9001, ect ).
Encourages the knowledge of the Quality policy for all employees of the plant.
Is directly involved in major customer satisfaction issues.
Defines processes (internal audits, indicators) and plan interventions and projects.
Follows customers/suppliers complaints and ensures the control of customers satisfaction.
Manages the quality team of the plant (Supervisors and Technicians).
Provides trainings for the implementation and maintenance of QMS.
Responsible for the Quality Assurance System on multiple sites.
Must be able to travel to USA and Canada.
Experience with ISO9000 and QS9100 required.
Previous experience on Aerospace Business is an asset.
