A Day in The Life


Reporting to the Director, North America Brand Marketing, this role will be a key contributor to driving growth for the North America business and building brand equity in the market.

This role provides leadership across all brand and marketing channels, bringing to life integrated campaigns and experiences that deliver to our Impact Agenda, across our pillars of Be Well, Be Human and Be Planet.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the execution of all marketing plans by managing the project calendar and delivering overall strategy for program portfolio
  • Lead a team of high performing Brand Marketing Managers responsible for driving brief to execution
  • Manage and coordinate the integrated, crossfunctional gotomarket process for initiatives from brief, to concept development, to execution
  • Work with key crossfunctional partners to deliver best in class channel experiences
  • Support creative development with strategic feedback rooted in brief objectives, partnering with internal and external teams
  • Manage and establish budget for initiatives and track annually
  • Accountable to set and drive key KPI's as well as measure, report and socialize results and learnings
  • Understand and evaluate market landscape, competitor activities and category opportunities
  • Lead marketing analysis and results sharing across the crossfunctional teams and using results to inform and adjust strategy
What We're Looking For

  • 810 years' experience in marketing and/or in the field of impact
  • Strong people leader with experience managing a dynamic org
  • Experience working with internal and external creative partners
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and executive teams.
  • A creative, agile, forwardthinking individual who has their pulse on the future of marketing
  • Adaptable, with ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables or business needs
