The Role:
As a Commercial Support and Proposal Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our commercial initiatives by supporting the Commercial Team in different activities related to the proposal process such as researching opportunities and supporting proposals development.
Your ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate records, and provide bilingual support will be essential for success in this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- If degree other than Engineering, knowledge of the terminologies in the engineering, architecture, construction, infrastructure, or related field.
- Proven experience in proposal administration, bid searching, commercial analysis, or related field.
- Deductive and analytical skills to be able to catch the opportunities that will be a good fit for the development of the company and to be able to explain those opportunities to the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and French.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Deltek is an asset.
- Knowledge of bid searching websites is an asset.

Sourcing Opportunities:
Proactively research and source potential opportunities, including Market Sounding, Expressions of Interest, Requests for Qualification, and Requests for Proposal.
- Maintaining Commercial Database: Manage and update the commercial database using CRM tools. Ensure all relevant information, including client contacts, opportunity details, and proposal documents, are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Vendor Registration: Facilitate the registration process to ensure our organization is recognized as a vendor with relevant clients and government agencies. Keep registrations updated and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Proposal Support: Provide support for proposal development efforts, including writing content, formatting documents, and creating templates.
- Commercial Support: Provide overall commercial administrative support.
