• Carry out construction estimating duties as it relates to potential projects
• Manage and lead awarded construction projects from start to finish with fellow team members
• Preparation of schedules and timelines
• Assign and schedule sub trades
• Secure Material selection forms
• Create change orders after approval by client
• Preparation and correction of project deficiencies
• Site walkthrough upon completion to ensure client satisfaction
