Manager, Application Development & Integration

Here is what a typical day looks like

Build, drive and sustain an engaged, highperformance team to implement the business strategy, through employee development, performance management, coaching, succession planning and team effectiveness to drive accountability and favourable outcomes
Support the change management process to shape organizational understanding of proposed changes and establish support from key stakeholders
Manage the complete cycle of software development, including analysis, design, specification, implementation, integration, go‐live, and support
Partner with technical leaders to establish and continuously improve Agile software development and DevOps delivery practices throughout the organization
Participate in the development and support the implementation of strategy, planning, and communication for the IT functions, to achieve operational and financial performance
Drive system integration projects ensuring that results are achieved, and deadlines consistently met
Identify and measure KPIs and lead continuous improvement programs across design, implementation, and solutions delivery
Develop and maintain client satisfaction standards by providing exceptional followup and technical support
Focus on rootcause analysis when diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, or other network and system problems
Guide proactive support by monitoring live integrations and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to provide permanent resolutions to problems

The value you bring

College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent Technical Leadership experience
Proven related experience within IT leadership
Proven experience contributing to the success of a range of midsizetolarge initiatives with aboveaverage levels of complexity and business criticality
Knowledgeable on Application Life Cycle Management tools like Azure DevOps
Proven experience developing web enabled user interfaces and architecture
