Job description
Who we are seeking:
We are looking for a sales oriented and highly organized, tech-savvy person. As the voice of Sculpt, you will represent the energy and integrity our work to our customers.
- You will have 1 year of experience in phone or inperson sales.
- You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- You will have experience or an interest in the aesthetics, health, nutrition and/or fitness industries.
- You know how to implement, create and adapt systems and processes for higher efficiency
- You have excellent and fluent use of the English language and have a confident and clear voice.
- You have capacity to manage projects concurrently, and effective time management skills in a teambased environment
- You will have experience with navigating through different types of booking software and crm's
- Your standards for organization and pipeline management are high.
- You are passionate about the beauty and fitness industry
Position Description:
This is a contract position, weekday, daytime job, 30 hours per week. In time, we are hoping to move this to full-time permanent role.
- Use AI technology to engage with potential clients via chat, text, and social media.
- Schedule conduct inperson consultations to promote the services.
- Develop treatment plans and schedule appointments based on clients identified goals.
- Generate sales invoices and take payment on dedicated software.
- Follow up to ascertain their satisfaction with the services and promote associated products
(Training will be provided)
Salary: 35k-80k
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary:
$35,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

- Oakville, ON L6J 1G7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
