Within the context of a client- and family-centered model of care and in accordance with the Mission Vision Values and strategic directions of Providence Health Care PHC this position promotes a safe respectful and civil working environment for patients residents families visitors and staff The Leader Business IT Solutions BITS plays a pivotal role in advancing PHCs business systems and digital initiatives Reporting to the Director CMO & BITS the Leader ensures the consistent application of policies processes and systems that drive value mitigate risk and enhance performance across PHC Through oversight of product ownership project delivery tier-1 support this role is a change agent for technology adoption business transformation initiatives This position partners closely with internal programs provincial service providers e.g PDHIS/PHSA vendors prioritize projects manage full lifecycle business applications develop organizational standards tools education support best practices business systems management The Leader provides leadership management multidisciplinary team project managers product owners support specialists The Leader offers mentorship guidance ensures consistency work quality removes blockers successful service delivery As member Business IT Solutions department Leadership participates respectfully productively provides accepts thoughtful counsel champions excellence level
