Classic Landscapes is seeking
Landscape Labourers to join our team for the 2023 landscape season (Late April until early November).

Classic Landscapes is a design build landscape company working primarily on residential landscape projects in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas.

We do a wide variety of projects ranging from small renovations to large installs on new homes. Visit our website at to learn more about the types of projects we do and our company values.

Responsibilities of a Landscape Labourers Include:

Work in a crew of 3-5 people, under the direction of a supervisor, installing landscapes including hardscape products such as pavers, retaining walls as well as boulders, trees, shrubs, plantings, soil, sod, etc.
Operate equipment and tools required for installing landscapes. This includes plate compactors, quick saws, driving trucks and trailers, etc.
Be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and achieve personal growth.
Be responsible, professional, and have good communication skills.
Have keen attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
Be physically fit, able to actively work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
Have a valid Class 5 Drivers License
Have transportation and be willing / able to travel to your assigned job site daily.

Experience is an asset but is not necessary. Employees will receive on the job training in all tasks as well as safety.

Work Environment:

Classic Landscapes is a small family run business with 10-12 employees.

We promote a positive and fun team environment where all staff develop personally while working together to contribute to the goals of the company.

We typically work 50-55 hours per week during install season (mid April to mid November).

We aim to work Monday to Friday only, but will work occasional Saturdays if a day is lost during the week to rain.

Sundays are always off.

Pay periods are every 2 weeks and overtime is paid out after 10 hours per day or 50 hours per week.

All staff report to their respective job sites for 7 am daily.
