Under the direction of the Director of Member Services, the receptionist will be responsible for welcoming tennis or gymnasium clients, performing all reception tasks and all other related tasks that may fall within his or her job.


Responsibility:


  • Ensure a customer welcome according to company standards
  • Communicate with all departments
  • Make reservations, cancellations of courses, lessons or other.
  • Provide information about the club, the various subscriptions and any other relevant information for the client.
  • Collect field fees, subscription, lessons
  • Follow all procedures indicated by the line manager
  • Follow up with the director when necessary.
  • Count your cash fund
  • Balance your body at the end of the shift
  • Print cash reports
