    Job Title: Career Services Coordinator


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Provide front-line reception services by greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and offering general information about the organization.


    • Determine students' eligibility for various co-op programs based on internal policy and procedures. Notify Co-op Coordinators of any deficiencies associated with eligibility. Inform and advise students of fees, necessary documentation, admission and registration procedures throughout co-op terms.


    • Create relevant materials including admission packages manuals learning guides handbooks forms compile statistical reports from multiple data sources for internal external use set up post maintain employment information data systems through established hard copy electronic systems assist in coordinating interviews meetings activities events locate assemble background information books physical facilities catering services equipment arrange off-campus events take minutes distribute to relevant parties perform secretarial duties word process a variety documents receive transfer telephone calls messages required liasise with internal external contacts instruct orient work-study auxiliary staff coordinate maintenance filing office supplies inventory troubleshoot malfunctioning office equipment collect sort distribute open mail handle confidential material interact diplomatically diverse range stakeholders respond promptly appropriately client concerns manage prioritize workload under pressure ensure smooth delivery service operate related equipment photocopiers fax machines adheres guidelines policies safety protocols provide high-quality customer support navigate complex situations effectively foster teamwork build partnerships develop cohesive teams promote inclusivity create welcoming environment improve processes communicate clearly concise daily team updates identify areas improvement action plans "/>
