- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling techniques
- Proven experience as a cook or line cook in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail in order to consistently produce highquality dishes
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques, including portioning and plating
- Familiarity with food service regulations and guidelines
- Ability to adapt to changing menus and prioritize tasks accordingly
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed

- Cooking: 3 years (required)

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
