Our Human Resources team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in Toronto. This is a 8-10 month term position to cover maternity leave with a possibility of extension.

What You Get To Do

Develop and report on key metrics, then use these metrics to build strategy;
Work with our marketing team to develop and implement unique employer branding strategies and recruitment campaigns;
Build trust throughout all levels of the organization to enable effective collaboration;
Identify and coordinate the most effective recruitment events program.

What You'll Have

5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or relevant role;
University degree in Human Resources or a relevant field;
Obtained or working towards professional designation (CHRP);
Ability to utilize HRIS and ATS systems for recruitment and onboarding;
Knowledge of current employment laws related to recruitment;
Exceptional communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders;
Maintain confidentiality with all HRrelated tasks/assignments;
Demonstrates attention to detail to produce quality work; and
Excellent time management skills.
