Description
GFL Environmental is looking for an Operations Administrator to join the team at our Etobicoke branchKey Responsibilities:
- Supports the management of customers in the Company's operational management system (OMS)
- Point of contact and monitor the facilities RPRA requirements.
- Ensure lab off spec's and approvals are closed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Review inbound/outbound paperwork for correctness.
- Responsible for intercompany billing.
- Assist the billing department with invoicing.
- Review and cross reference interco billing to the facility vs customer charges.
- Receive and sort incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.
- Provides support exporting information from various sources into excel reports.
- Lead the administration, filing protocol for facility documentation.
- Provide backup in creating purchase orders in the company's expenditures tracking system (ETS)
- Recognizing and completing tasks not directly assigned
- Performing other administrative office tasks as needed.
- Assisting Management Team with daily duties.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- College graduate in Office Administration or similar.
- Must have experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detailoriented, highly organized, and efficient.
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
