We are a fast growing digital media company that story telling the Chinese and world culture and history.

The company has multiple channels on Youtube and our Lifeano app has just been released which will allow social media influencers to write articles and express their opinions freely.

Our website which is still under development will also allow good writers to write articles and receive payments from readers and allow authors interact with the audients.


We value free speech and specialized in Chinese contents, we want to make our website and app the place where intellects can write about the true historical events, express their true opinions and have a meaningful and fearless debates.

Some writings and discussions will also be produced into videos. In return, our readers will receive high quality education in history and culture instead of propaganda.


Our company is a tech startup located in Victoria,BC, our content focus on truth telling of historical events in a way that's engaging and interesting, our style of history and culture telling on the digital media has gain popularity in the Chinese community both inside China and among Chinese communities Internationally.

Our content is mostly created in Chinese, discussing world and China histories and culture.


We employ influential intellect to tell the story and provide them a media platform where they can tell the true story and express their opinions freely.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create high quality contents that are engaging to readers and audients
  • Interact with other influential writers and TV intellect celebrities in their social media shows or invite them to Lifeano shows or write on Lifeano app and upcoming websites.
  • Create content strategies and oversees the implementation of the strategies.
  • Lead editorial and distribution work on our app and upcoming website.
  • Write ecopy, blog posts, ebooks, podcasts and other forms of Webbased content for our website, app and youtube channels and share on twitter, facebook and other social media plateforms.
  • Be our digital media host and cohost shows with wellknown influencers
  • Evaluate suitability of scripts for our digital media shows and recommend or make changes in content, style and organization.
  • Read and edit copy to be published or broadcast to detect and correct errors in spelling, grammar and syntax, and shorten or lengthen copy as space or time requires.
  • Find and manage popular freelancer writers or TV story tellers suitable for our products.

Qualifications and skills:

Mandarin is required._

  • A university degree in Chinese literature, journalism or related discipline is required.
  • 15+ years of extensive professional experience as a writer, author, and media contributor and proven ability to write articles that have widespread influence.
  • 10+ years of experience as an editorinchief is required.
  • Extensive writing experience and background in Medias and cultural communications, etc. is required.
  • Experience in writing and publishing articles on online social media platforms is required.
  • Published a series of highquality papers or articles or books.
  • Excellent and professional writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media plateforms.

Salary:
$120,000.00 per year


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
