Production Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our Lighting Department as a Production Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating day-to-day production activities for featurette projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.

Your primary responsibility will be to partner closely with lighting leads and supervisors, managing shot schedules, tracking deliverables, and guaranteeing that lighting milestones align with the overall production plan.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update lighting schedules, shot lists, and priorities to ensure efficient project management.


• Track lighting progress versions approvals in ShotGrid or equivalent systems to guarantee accurate timely updates on project status.


• Facilitate communication between teams including animation FX DMP compositing rendering teams by fostering collaboration coordination of tasks contributing ultimately towards successful completion of the project.
