Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting the tax department with administrative and professional support during the tax season.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Preparing personal tax return kits and yearend financial packages.

- Filing
- Supporting the monthend billing process including invoice preparation,
- Data entry
- Printing T1 returns and send to clients
- Assisting with scanning personal tax documents during tax season
- Other assistance as necessary during tax season
Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge:
- Equivalent prior experience
- Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment
- Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables, adhering to time constraints
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Comfortable working onsite
- Highly motivated and deadline orientated
- Able to quickly learn new concepts and processes
- Able to multitask and prioritize with varied functions and workload
- Ability to work overtime during the week and on weekends
