    Description
    Armour is hiring a Temporary Evening Summer Data Entry Clerk at our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This position will report to the Dartmouth Office Supervisor.
    Working with all departments, terminals, and customers to remove barriers in the movement of equipment and freight.
    Enter freight bills in an accurate and timely manner from a variety of mediums
    Freight bill entry coding
    Monitor the Data Entry Email
    Alpha and Numeric Keyboarding /typing skills 40wpm + accurately
    Shift will be from 3:30pm to 12:00am Monday to Friday.
    A high volume of customer and driver communication, including email, satellite, and phone.


    Technical Skills:
    Understanding Truckmate system considered a strong asset
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports in Word and Excel.
