Job Description:
We are in search of a skilled Site Supervisor to manage construction projects effectively. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed within set timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating onsite construction activities
- Monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to project plans
- Reviewing and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues
- Conducting site inspections for quality control and safety compliance
- Managing project budgeting, cost estimation, and expense tracking
- Providing guidance and support to subcontractors
- Overseeing the hiring and training of construction workers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction
- Knowledge of construction processes, blueprint reading, and estimating
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Salary:
$35,000.00-$50,000.00 per annum
Experience:
- 1 year in construction supervision (preferred)
