  • The Assistant Front Office Manager will have oversight of the front office staff (night audit, hosts, bell attendant, switchboard), cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling. Will be responsible for Collective Agreement administration for the unionized employees.

Qualifications:


  • Must already have work authorization in Canada and be able to start work by September 18th
  • Post secondary diploma/degree in Hospitality/Tourism
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fastpaced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of oneyear previous front office supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Must be knowledgeable of collective bargaining and overseeing unionized employees.
