Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare drinks for guests and servers, according to procedures.
- Ensure that proper materials and supplies are on hand.
- Act as a cashier for servers when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the bar and its equipment.
- Provide an accurate inventory of opening and closing inventory.
- Other duties as assigned by the Outlets Manager.
