    Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
    • Policy Development: Contribute to the creation, review, and enforcement of HR policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Employee Engagement: Support programs to boost employee engagement, morale, and retention through initiatives like recognition and wellness activities.
    • Talent Management: Participate in activities related to talent management, including performance evaluations and career development.
    • Organizational Development: Contribute to culture assessments, change management, and team effectiveness projects.
    • HR Analytics: Assist in collecting and interpreting HR data to drive decision-making processes.
    • HR Projects: Engage in special HR projects like diversity initiatives, employer branding campaigns, and HR technology implementations.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support HR initiatives and ensure effective communication.
    Qualifications:
    If you are currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate HR CO-OP program at a university or pursuing a post-graduate HR CO-OP certificate program at a college, this opportunity is for you. Show a strong interest in HR management, strategic planning, and organizational development. Your excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities, will be key to success in this role. Prior experience in HR or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week on-site at 277 Gladstone Ave, Toronto.
    Duration: Minimum 12 months or 3 CO-OP work terms.
    Start date: May 13th or second start date on May 27th. No relocation support available.
