Description

Must be willing and available to work shifts between 11:00 AM and 04:00 PM
The Inbound Team must move as one well-oiled machine. The team must work in harmony to optimize productivity and efficiency.

The team is only as strong as the weakest link; therefore, it is a shared responsibility of the team to coach and motivate each other.


Key Responsibilities:


Loader & Pallet Controller

  • Load packages for the labeling team
  • Set and maintain a strong pace for packages being loaded onto the conveyor belt
  • Feed packages to the sortering team
  • Clean up skids and surrounding areas
  • Put skids away and the appropriate area
  • Break down boxes and put them in the recycling bin

Labelers

  • Label each package using the tools provided
  • Ensure invalid orders are put aside and managed by problemsolving
  • Control the pace of the belt and sort

Sorters

  • Start & stop equipment as necessary
  • Assist with production lines in factories
  • Clean production area (sweep, mop, remove debris)
  • Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
  • Sort items on conveyor belts
  • Remove defective item
  • Feed or place items onto equipment for processing

Requirements:
No experience needed Just a good Attitude

Salary:
$15.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON L5L 6A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
