    SALARY: $18.39 Per hour

    SHIFT:

    Days, afternoon and nights. Rotation every week

  • Days: 6am to 2pm
  • Afternoon: 2pm to 10pm
  • Nights: 10pm to 6am

    As an Operator, you would be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, operating high speed manufacturing equipment, driving fork trucks and cleaning. You would also become trained in lean manufacturing techniques, which includes monitoring and interpreting performance date to ensure we're operating at our maximum capacity.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring high speed equipment
  • Driving fork trucks
  • Loading supplies into machinery
  • Recording process data
  • Helping continuous improvement by following Key Performance Indicators
  • Performing process quality control checks
  • Industrial cleaning and sanitation
  • Read, monitor and interpret performance metrics
  • Accurate Pallet Make Up for deliveries
  • Following Inventory Controls & Processes
  • Operate a pallet jack
  • Dry hopping (brewing department)
  • Any other duties assigned by manager
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and climates
  • Ability to work varying shifts on weekends and/or holidays (days, afternoon, midnights, overtime).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Ability to follow health and safety rules and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to work in a competitive environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior production, warehouse, or related experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Continuous improvement experience
  • Demonstrate teamwork and ability to work cooperatively with co-workers and managers
