*Job Overview:*We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth. This is a key leadership role within the company, requiring strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively manage a team.*Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and target markets
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
• Cold calling and Basic accounting.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and manage the sales budget*Qualifications:* 1 year experience in Metal Industry.

- 1 year Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have quick books experience.
