Full-time, 35 Hours/Week

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:


  • Determines eligibility for registration and licensing of nurses by ensuring receipt of all required documentation
  • Maintains uptodate registration databases
  • Interprets NSCN policies to assist in determining registrant's eligibility
  • Provides respectful, prompt and reliable information to all NSCN stakeholders including registrants and the general public
  • Understands the registration process and is able to provide clear direction to inquiries
  • Prepares reports from the registration database for various internal and external stakeholders

About You:

You are collaborative, flexible and customer-service oriented. You are proactive and organized by nature. You have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

You have a strong sense of initiative and can demonstrate the following competencies:


  • Adept at planning and prioritizing
  • Effectively manage your workload in response to changing priorities
  • Comfortably work with large volumes of information

Education & Experience:


  • Minimum 12year business program from a recognized community college
  • At least one year of related work experience in a professional setting
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment considered an asset
