Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Subcontractors to join our team. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for completing assigned projects and tasks. This is a contract-based position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on various projects.

We are also seeking an experienced Handyman to become a part of our team You will perform general contracting work but not limited to, residential repairs, renovations, flooring, painting, drywall installation, mudding and taping, demolition and clean-up.

Responsibilities:

Complete small to medium residential repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Perform other duties, as assigned

Write routine reports and correspondence

Must have reliable vehicle, ladder and own tools fit for many jobs


Qualifications:
Must have business license and GST number, if you are a sub-contractor

Must have 5+ years of experience in multiple types of home repair and maintenance, and basic construction skills

Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills

Ability to handle physical workload

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

References are a requirement

Full time, part time, contract employment available
