Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Warehouse & Installer manager, the installation technician's duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Install, repair and remove equipment from our customers' premises, in accordance with Citron's procedures
Maintain sanitary receptacles, fill air freshener, soap and sanitizer dispensers, sanitize facilities
Follow the route guidelines set by the manager
Make service calls based on customer needs (maintenance, repairs, or equipment replacement)
Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests
Manage emergencies during the day
Track and analyze your work routes with the manager at the end of the day
Act as an ambassador for the Citron brand

Minimum Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Good driving record
Proof of COVID19 vaccination
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Good customer service
Good attendance and punctuality
High school degree or equivalent

Working Conditions:

Day work, Monday to Friday; weekends and evenings may be required at times
8hour shifts, 5 days a week, 40 hours a week
