Nor-Tec Group is a well-established full-service electrical contractor with over 35 years of experience serving Winnipeg and the wider Manitoba region.

Our portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from institutional to municipal and manufacturing plants.

Nor-Tec Group is growing and currently looking for an individual with experience as an accounting clerk. Reporting to the Controller, this new role will be integral to the efficient operation of our finance department.


Responsibilities of the position would include:

  • Data entry, filing and support for other accounting team members.
  • Review and enter accounts payable invoices into accounting software or submit to other departments for variance review.
  • Review and enter payment receipts into account software and prepare deposit.
  • Review and enter accounts receivable invoices and filing with full backup.
  • Assist in payroll data entry, ensuring accuracy and facilitating the processing.
  • Other duties as assigned including relief support to other clerical functions within the company.

Education and Assets would include:


  • 12 years of office experience, particularly within the construction Industry.
  • Jonas Premier or Enterprise Construction software experience or other similar ERP software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
