    Diabetes Support Specialist


    This role involves providing insulin administration and diabetes support to children in-person. It is an opportunity for a caring individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with diabetes.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • To provide high-quality, personalized care and support to children with diabetes;

    • To work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care;

    • To assist clients as needed, including lifting and positioning.



    Requirements:


    Prior experience working with individuals requiring insulin administration or other forms of medical assistance would be beneficial.
    CPR certification is required.
    Able to lift 25 pounds (11 kg).
