As Marketing Manager - B2B, you will step into a newly created role and lead the marketing strategy and execution for Westland's commercial brands and products.

This includes Westland's commercial insurance division, as well as Westland MyGroup, Westland Express, and Westland's benefits division.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years in a senior B2B marketing role.
  • Highly collaborative, able to partner with sales leaders to drive aligned and effective sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Strategically minded, as well as a master of execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and keen focus on quality.

Once here, you'll:


  • Build the strategy and define the gotomarket for three separate commercial segments, each with a unique product, brand, positioning strategy, and target audience.
  • Manage each commercial segment's marketing budget, including tracking, monitoring, and approving marketing expenses relative to budget allowance.
  • Maintain brand standards, and develop digital and print collateral that aligns with each segment's visual identity and positioning.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive sales enablement toolkit, including brochures, competitive positioning materials, white papers, case studies, presentations, web content, and webinars, to empower our commercial sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
  • Plan and attend key events, including tradeshows, conferences and branch activations, and partner with sales to create a field marketing plan to support the sales pipeline, and attract new leads.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and identify opportunities and actions to iterate and improve campaign performance and impact.
  • Lead a team of two, and collaborate closely with Westland's brand, digital and creative team.
