Drywalling: Skill in installing and finishing drywall with precision and attention to detail.

Mud and Tape: Proficiency in mudding and taping to ensure seamless and smooth walls.

Drywall Sanding: Knowledge of drywall sanding techniques to achieve a flawless finish.

Flooring Installation: Ability to install various types of flooring, providing homeowners with stunning options.

Trim and Baseboard Installation: Experience in installing trim and baseboards, adding the perfect finishing touch.

Doors and Closets: Skill in installing doors and closets to enhance functionality and aesthetics.

Tile and Backsplashes: Expertise in tile installation and backsplash design to elevate kitchen and bathroom spaces.

Cabinetry and Fixture Installation:Proficiency in installing cabinets, toilets, and showers for a polished result.

Fence and Deck Building:Experience in creating beautiful and sturdy fences and decks during the summer months.


Additional valued assets:

• Minimum 23 years skilled labour experience.
• Additional educational or trades courses are welcome.
• Expertise with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and create designs, bringing visions to life.
• Knowledge of the permit process, ensuring projects adhere to all regulations.

Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kingston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- construction: 3 years (preferred)


Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• G Licence (preferred)
