Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Duties:

• Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling discrepancies
• Conduct account analysis to identify and resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies
• Collaborate with customers to negotiate payment terms and resolve billing inquiries
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate customer records
• Assist with monthend closing activities, including generating financial reports and reconciling accounts
• Support the accounts payable function as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles
