Mobile Security Supervisor

Guardteck Security is looking for friendly, outgoing and experienced
Mobile Security Supervisor.

We are looking for
1 full-time for Calgary.

Shift Details:4 on 3 off/3 on 4 off shifts

Wage:
$22.00

What you will be doing:

Assist with all security operations
Lead a team of security professionals.
Ensure the sitespecific operation procedures are up to date.
Ensure tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
Audit security work and interactions with customers on an ongoing basis.
Proactively mentor and train employees and provide regular feedback.
Assist with employee rewards and appreciation programs.
Help manage to schedule.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Communicate with the operations manager.
Exercise good judgment and make decisions that benefit the customer and the property.
Become part of the team and make yourself a key part of the customer's success.

What you should have:

Valid Alberta security license
Valid Class GDL or above drivers license with a clean driver's abstract
At least 6 months of experience in the Security Industry
6 months of driving expeirence
Prior Mobile Security experience is an asset
Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
Topnotch customer service, with previous experience, considered a strong asset
Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical manner
Must be able to follow procedures and set routines effectively
Strong observation and communication skills
CPR certificate is an asset
