**Shift Hours**: 6:30AM - 3:00PM

**Compensation**: $ $22.00 / hour

**What Will You Do?**
- Travel to company locations in/around the New Hamburg area delivering and picking up internal company mail in company vehicle
- Travel to the post office and bank in company vehicle
- Internal mail distribution in the New Hamburg and Baden terminals
- Prepare terminal documents for imaging
- Verify POD requirements on POD's
- All other duties as required

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Full G Class License is required
- Personable
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Confidentiality
- Flexibility with daily duties
- Ability to work standing for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail required
- Knowledge of computer systems and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) required
- Previous experience using AS400 would be considered an asset

**Ce que vous allez faire**:

- Se rendre dans les locaux de l'entreprise dans la région de New Hamburg et aux alentours pour distribuer et récupérer le courrier interne de l'entreprise dans un véhicule de l'entreprise.
- Déplacement au bureau de poste et à la banque en véhicule de société
- Distribution du courrier interne dans les terminaux de New Hamburg et de Baden
- Affranchir tout le courrier sortant
- Préparer les documents du terminal pour l'imagerie
- Vérifier les exigences des POD sur les POD.
- Toutes les autres tâches requises
