    Job Description


    We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Project Development Manager. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for leading business development initiatives from identifying opportunities that fit our strategic business planning to executing project prime contracts.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial construction industry. You must possess superior organizational and analytical skills, along with experience in RFQ/RFP response creation, content development, and execution.


    Responsibilities



    • Initiate and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, and trade partners within our target markets.

    • Identify new leads, manage follow-up activities including record keeping information distribution.

    • Develop sales funnels and pursue major project opportunities through various means such as pre-construction estimates & strategies across different contract types (e.g., lump sum turnkey).

    • Pursue negotiations during final contracting stages ensuring high win rates for all projects undertaken by us throughout each territory covered under your region responsibility,
      personally championing client satisfaction via maintaining open lines channel effectively always achieving goals exceeding expectations set forth before when agreed terms close deals efficiently.
      The post holder should also engage external communications promoting core values aligned objectives drive positive working collaborations amongst associates members directors alike focusing growth sustainability success built on mutual respect shared knowledge participation understanding varying perspectives opinions
