Overview:
KUBRA is looking for a talented
User Experience (UX) Writer to join our Product Design team
As a UX Writer at KUBRA, your role is crucial in creating compelling and engaging user experiences through written content.

What you get to do every day:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create written content that aligns with user needs and business objectives
- Crafting usercentric content:
Create user interface copy, error messages, onboarding content, and other written materials to enhance the user experience.- Iterating and refining content: Continuously iterate and refine written content based on feedback and user research.
Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across different touchpoints.Advocating for UX writing:
Advocate for the value of UX writing and effectively communicate the impact of well-crafted content on user engagement and satisfaction.
Present your content solutions to stakeholders to ensure alignment between content decisions and user needs.-By excelling in these areas, you will contribute to creating exceptional user experiences through well-crafted and user-centric written content at KUBRA.
What kind of person should you be?:
- Ability to deliver high-quality content for product user interfaces with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to present projects and status reports to management
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools, like Figma, Framer, InVision, or similar; Figma preferred
- Familiarity with maintaining an online documentation repository using either a Content Management System or a static web site generator and hosting
- Some familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup
What skills do you need?:
- Degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Information Architecture, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent level of practical experience is expected. 2+ years of writing experience: Possess a strong foundation in UX writing principles, methodologies, and usercentered design processes, focusing on creating clear, concise, and userfriendly content solutions
- Collaboration with crossfunctional teams:
Demonstrate experience working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful UX writing solutions that meet user needs and business goals.- Familiarity with technology industry and content trends: Exhibit a strong understanding of the technology industry and a passion for staying updated on content trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure UX writing is current, engaging, and relevant.- Experience in writing for websites, interfaces, or software: Showcase a proven track record in writing for websites, interfaces, or software solutions, prioritizing usability, accessibility, and engaging user experiences through well-crafted content.
