Your role

As a Clerk, Distribution and Inventory, you will be in charge of the distribution, reception, storage and delivery of the different couriers and/or parcels.

Main responsibilities:

Respond to customers as soon as you can.
Control different shipments/transfers according to standards.
Maintain control systems to track mail and/or parcels.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum six (6) months' experience performing related duties

Skills:

Knowledge of standards for receiving and processing parcels and/or letters
Knowledge of standards for the shipment of parcels and/or letters
Knowledge of systems for tracking the circulation, storage and delivery of parcels and/or letters
Computer skills, especially on SAP and Google suite
Clientservice skills
Punctual and rigorous
Able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and distractions
Experience on a forklift, an asset
Ability to lift maximum loads of 25 kg
Proficiency in French
Fluency in English is an asset
