Your role


As a Clerk, Distribution and Inventory, you will be in charge of the distribution, reception, storage and delivery of the different couriers and/or parcels.


Main responsibilities:


  • Respond to customers as soon as you can.
  • Control different shipments/transfers according to standards.
  • Maintain control systems to track mail and/or parcels.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six (6) months' experience performing related duties

Skills:


  • Knowledge of standards for receiving and processing parcels and/or letters
  • Knowledge of standards for the shipment of parcels and/or letters
  • Knowledge of systems for tracking the circulation, storage and delivery of parcels and/or letters
  • Computer skills, especially on SAP and Google suite
  • Clientservice skills
  • Punctual and rigorous
  • Able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and distractions
  • Experience on a forklift, an asset
  • Ability to lift maximum loads of 25 kg
  • Proficiency in French
  • Fluency in English is an asset
