Willow Park Wines & Spirits has been providing Commercial Accounts with wine, beer, and spirits for over 30 years.

In addition to retail, we have the largest commercial liquor business in the industry, stocking the best bars and restaurants throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.

We are looking for a Full Time Warehouse Fulfillment Associate including Part-Time 5-ton driving (as needed) to join our team at the Regina Distribution Center.

We value accuracy and speed so we are in search of people who can pay careful attention to the job, follow instructions precisely, and double-check their work before completing a task.

We need an ambitious and hardworking professional who is capable of lifting wine cases above shoulder height (25 lbs.) and moving kegs (150 lbs.), who can work an entire shift on their feet, and who can drive a 5-ton truck as a backup.

Responsibilities and Duties Warehouse Associate
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).

Create orders by pulling products from appropriate bins. Put deliveries away into appropriate bins.

Inspect product for damage and defects.

Count inventory periodically.

Warehouse cleaning and safety practices must be followed. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Treat merchandise with care and concern always.

Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and notify management immediately.

Report directly to the Manager of the Regina Warehouse.

Qualifications and Skills Warehouse Associate
Organizational and time management skills.

Capable of lifting wine cases above shoulder height (25 lbs.) and moving kegs (150 lbs.).

Capable of standing for long periods.

Must be able to understand all written and verbal work orders and instructions.

Computer skills (Word and Excel).

Experience in liquor and hospitality is considered an asset.

Responsibilities and Duties 5 Ton Driver
Drive the company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
Navigate the roads of Regina and the surrounding area
Perform the delivery of goods to customers
Assist with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse
Conduct regular checks of the vehicle and report issues to the Warehouse Manager
Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and notify management
Professionally engage with the customers and work to solve any issues that may arise

Qualifications and Skills 5 Ton Driver
Proven experience as a delivery driver driving a 5-ton truck for a minimum of 1 year
Experience driving in winter conditions is strongly preferred
Customer service experience will be considered an asset
Experience in wines, spirits, or hospitality will be considered an asset
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to situations as they arise
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if necessary
Valid driver's license
3 year Drivers Abstract Required**Must be able to lift 150lbs/72 kgs
