Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greeting visitors to the reception office.
- Filing of documents.
- Scanning and saving down various files.
- Delivering quotes to clients.
- Project tracking using Microsoft Access.
- Filling out forms required for permit sets.
- Requesting files from architects and design firms.
- Ordering office supplies based on inventory.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Organization and the ability to manage several projects concurrently.
- Attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and quality of work.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office namely Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with Adobe or Acrobat.
- Experience using AutoCAD drafting not required but would be beneficial.
- Independent worker.
- Starting hourly rate of $20.00 per hour. Standard 40 hour work week 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.
