The Maintenance Technician at Nova Agri Group is a critical position responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within our facilities.

This role requires a versatile individual with a strong skill set and leadership abilities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Vegetable Plant and seasonally at the Fruit Plant.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, lubrication, repairs, and automation troubleshooting.

Additionally, this role will involve providing support in the Maintenance Shop for field repairs as needed and assisting the Plant Manager during their vacations.

The Maintenance Technician will also play a key role in working within and optimizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to streamline maintenance activities and enhance efficiency.

Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
