The
CRM Administrator - Lead position reports directly to the Director of Systems. They will contribute to the development and implementation of customized solutions across all business units.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with internal users by answering questions and providing support
  • Putting together training and skills upgrades and tracking progress
  • Identify and build new business infrastructure and create efficiencies in our current model.
  • Responsible for keeping our org updated as units streamline and/or automate business processes.
  • Collaborate on discovery of new requirements with our in house Process Analyst and Subject Matter Experts in each unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience with translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such Flow & the other SFDC toolset
  • Proven experience with building reports and dashboards
  • Indepth understanding and experience with the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC platform
  • Uncompromising attention to detail
  • Proficient knowledge with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Adaptable in a fast pace environment

GOOD TO HAVE

  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Community Sites
  • Experience training end users and handling internal support Cases in Service Cloud
  • Experience administering Pardot & marketing automation
  • Experience integrating with other SaaS platforms (e.g. Zapier, Slack, G-Suite)
Basic experience with HTML and Javascript is preferred


Salary:
$51,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
