What can you expect in this role?


As an Assistant Store Leader, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day retail store operations and ensure that we are continually providing an experience that surprises and delights our clients.

You will provide support to the Store Leader and ensure efficient planning, process coordination and follow
- through ensuring tasks are being executed through clear direction and ensuring client ambassadors understand their role to implement processes. You will work collaboratively with retail leaders in your city to provide support and resources as needed, to ensure a consisent and exceptional client experience. This role balances enhancing our business processes and delighting our client. Your effective communication, listening and coaching skills will support you in sharing client feedback, business trends and recommendations to continually improve processes.


What do you need to apply?


You will shine in this role with a minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience, including some process management experience, or a combination of experience and some post secondary or an undergraduate degree.

Supervisory experience is not required and would be considered an asset. The ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. You'll be empowered to own your career and be a part of a growing, dynamic and evolving company.
