StreamGo Water Solutions Inc. is a rapidly expanding water company determined to change the way water infrastructure is delivered around the world. We are a turnkey provider of advanced water and wastewater treatment systems serving multiple markets throughout North America.

We are looking for team-oriented water industry winners for senior leadership positions at our Hamilton, Ontario location to build upon the solid foundation that's been laid to join us in this exciting stage of our growth.

We are looking for a senior team member who brings that same creative and disruptive mindset to how we will continue to meet the growing demand for our advanced water and wastewater systems throughout North America.


Our rapid growth is driving our need to expand our construction team that delivers our plants to sites throughout the United States and Ontario.

Your energy, focus and results-driven mindset along with your ability to build upon a team of committed project managers, coordinators and site superintendents will be key to making this happen.


We are a full turnkey solution provider so you will also understand the importance and advantages of having a collaborative approach to getting things done - not only to realize your departmental goals but the greater Company goals as well.

As a senior member of our management team, you will participate in short and long-range planning sessions and be an active contributor to the long-term success of the Company.


In short:

  • You will be responsible for directing the construction efforts of StreamGo, establishing an efficient operation, building upon the team of Project Managers, Project Superintendents and Project Coordinators, and instilling a culture of excellence therein.
  • You appreciate the importance of driving continuous operational performance improvement in terms of safety, quality, and productivity and can demonstrate it.
  • You'll ensure project schedules are clearly defined and monitor/manage project progress toward their completion.
  • You understand the importance of maintaining a high level of employee morale by providing effective communications within your department.


You may have done this before, or maybe you have been working in someone's shadow for a few years, honing your craft and waiting for the right opportunity to prove your capabilities.
