Job Description & General Duties
- Entering orders in the system and order maintenance
- Phone orders
- Scheduling deliveries
- Order deficiencies, return/exchange management
- Informing customers of product backorder, or substitutions
- Ensure price lists are updated and entered in Syspro
- Other duties as directed by Appliance Canada
- Provide outstanding customer service
Competencies
- Strong listening and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to deal with customers professionally in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Possess strong multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of the Appliance industry an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues
