Description

Responsibilities:


  • Lease storage units, sell merchandise, and provide customer service
  • Achieve occupancy and income goals
  • Manage and balance cash drawer and prepare deposits
  • Maintain the selfstorage facility
  • Provide advice and direction to customers on storage and moving supplies
  • Assess customer needs and recommend storage unit sizes
  • Sell locks, boxes, and moving supplies
  • Answer telephone calls professionally and courteously
  • Instruct potential tenants on selfstorage process and rules
  • Prepare and execute leasing documents
  • Maintain tenant files and communicate with past due tenants
  • Conduct daily site inspections and report incidents to Property Manager.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 14 per week


Salary:
$15.50-$23.47 per hour


Day range:

  • Every Weekend
  • Weekends only

Shift:

  • 4 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
